We offer play and stay golf packages to our guests any day of the week. We can customize a golf package to fit your needs and interests. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and unlimited golf and cart along with your cabin rental for any size group. Send us an email at basslumber@hancock.net or call us at 607-637-5253 with how many nights you’d like to stay, the number of people in your party, and what you would like included and we will send you package pricing. Don’t know what you’d like included or what would be best for your group? Ask for package options! Just send us how many people are in your group and what days of the week you’d like to visit and we will send you options to choose from. We allow up to 6 people per cabin and the larger the group the larger the deal!

$100 non-refundable deposit required.
When renting all 4 Mountaintop cabins a $200 deposit is required.

Firewood delivered to cabin (available for check-ins Monday-Friday):
$100 per 1/4 cord delivered. Must be ordered in advance.
*firewood is also available to purchase by the bundle at the clubhouse*
Note: Delaware County has a year burn ban from March 15-May 15.
Some years it has been extended due to wind/weather conditions.
We do NOT allow burning on our property during the burn ban. No exceptions!

 

All meals are served at either the Club House Grill, or Hancock House Hotel. Inquire upon check-in.
(Tips and Alcoholic Beverages not included. A buffet may be substituted for meals.)
